- Scheduled weekly in-person and online meetings for curators, designers, digital media, and event management teams, promoting cross-team communication to better execute our theme, adhere to gallery guidelines, and launch successfully on opening night.

"Finish" is an experimental stop-motion film co-created by Shina and myself, which was selected for the final lineup of the Double Exposure Film Animation Showcase hosted by California State University, Long Beach. The film portrays the overwhelming noise in one's mind and environment while striving to be productive. This reflects Shina's personal journey of seeking self-worth through relentless overwork, a response shaped by her neurodivergence. Through this piece, we delve into themes of identity, struggle, and the complex relationship between productivity and mental health.

- Developed tutorial videos on creating exporting PNG sequences for the team to reference as a solution to maintain a cohesive visual style using different animation software and ensure progression.
- Executed the full post-production workflow, including sequencing animated scenes in Adobe Premiere Pro, syncing composed music, refining timing and pacing, and finalizing the complete animated film.
